It is known that Osthi is the remake of Salman Khan’s blockbuster hit Dabangg which has the right potential to click at the Box-Office. Richa Gangopadhyay has stepped into Sonakshi Sinha’s shoes for the leading lady role in the film.

Confirming the news, actor STR said, “Osthi is not releasing for Diwali. Entire talkie part of the film has been wrapped up except for few portions of songs. We feel it’s the right time to release the film for festive audiences.”

Osthi is directed by Dharani and produced by Ramesh and Mohan Apparao under the banner of Balaji Real Media. Thaman is rendering the tunes.
